Registration is limited to current SSR members or MSK Fellows sponsored by an SSR member.

2010 Meeting Registration Fees
Registration fee includes Sunday luncheon, and one ticket to the Annual Banquet (Monday evening reception and dinner buffet).

SSR Annual Banquet    
Monday Evening Reception and Dinner Buffet    

The SSR 2010 Annual Banquet, which includes a welcome reception and dinner buffet, will be on Monday, March 15, 2010 for attendees and their spouse/guests from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Enjoy dinner while networking with colleagues and catching up with friends. There is no charge for meeting attendees; however, spouse/guests over the age of 12 must purchase tickets at the cost of $75.00 per person. Please mark the appropriate box on the registration form for meeting attendee attendance and guest/spouse.

       
Registration for your Spouse/Guest(s) for the Annual Banquet:
Tickets are $75.00 USD for all guests older than 12 years of age.
 
       

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds, less a $50 processing fee, must be made in writing prior to February 15, 2010. No refunds will be made for meeting registration cancellations after that date, or for no-shows, or for cancellation requests not received in writing. No exceptions will be made.
