RADIA - MSK Radiologist




Radia, the largest physician-owned radiology group in the country, is seeking a Board-certified/eligible musculoskeletal radiologist for our Washington state practice to interpret predominately musculoskeletal radiology.  Radia covers more than 50 hospital and outpatient imaging locations in Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.  The group model is one of subspecialty expertise coupled with the ability to cover general radiology.

Eligible candidates will have completed a fellowship in multimodality musculoskeletal radiology.  Musculoskeletal ultrasound ability would be beneficial.  Candidates would join a group of 18 musculoskeletal radiology subspecialists.  Radia’s musculoskeletal radiology section interprets images for a national professional sports team, a minor league team, and 2 collegiate athletic programs and reads for more than 60 MRIs, including 12 3T magnets.  We offer the latest in magnet, coil, and sequence technology including T2 mapping of cartilage, compressed sensing, and advanced metal suppression techniques.  Dual energy gout CT is performed by our practice.   

This is a shareholder-track position with full benefits.  The position is for 7 days on/7 days off for an on-site evening shift (currently 1-10 p.m.).  The candidate can live in Seattle, Spokane, Olympia or Vancouver, WA.  Up to 26 weeks of vacation is available per year.  Candidates would not be expected to perform mammography.  If interested, please submit your CV to jobs@radiax.com

Physicians will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for shareholder recommendation to the shareholders 12- 24 months from joining, based on experience. 



  • First year guaranteed salary is $374,000
  • First year salary with maximum incentive pay is $411,000
  • 2019 Shareholder compensation for this this position is $445,000
  • Additional income is possible with additional shifts. 
  • Profit sharing, malpractice, health insurance, and generous CME are offered.
