Lancaster Radiology Associates, Ltd., is a 30+ provider and 100% physician-owned practice in South Central Pennsylvania committed to maintaining independence from private equity or hospital ownership. LRA has provided exclusive Radiology services at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital for over 50 years with whom we maintain joint ventures, including an MRI Group and PET Partnership.
LRA Radiologists perform high-level sub-specialty reads while maintaining strong general skills. Breast imaging only positions are also considered.
Partnership highlights:
- Partners equitably share all aspects of the practice including any after-hours shifts as well as home remote reading shifts.
- Paid time off averaging 13 weeks/year (combination vacation weeks and random days off).
- Partners can buy and sell shifts to maximize flexibility and suit each individual’s optimal work/life balance.
- Partnership track is 1 to 2 years based on years of experience and skill set.
