The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is seeking a Musculoskeletal Radiologist for a faculty position. The selected candidate will be appointed at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Clinical X, in-Residence, or HS Clinical series depending on qualifications and interests. 

Faculty are expected to develop a clinical or more basic research program in the area of one's specialty focus. Responsibilities include clinical service, teaching and research. The selected candidate will supervise and teach residents, fellows and medical students in musculoskeletal radiology, musculoskeletal trauma imaging, and musculoskeletal procedures. Obligations will include clinical work primarily at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, but may include clinical work at Parnassus Campus at the ACC building and UCSF’s Orthopedic Institute at Mission Bay, and/or Mission Bay Hospital, all of which are affiliated teaching, clinical and research facilities of UCSF. 

The position requires a MD degree (or equivalent), ability (or eligible) to practice medicine in California, completion of fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging (completed by appointment start date). Applicants are expected to be board certified (or eligible) in Radiology. Expertise in musculoskeletal imaging is preferred. These requirements are to be met by the time of the faculty appointment start date. Applicants must list all of these qualifications (or if pending) on their CV upon submission.
