AIRP Award - Best Scientific Poster at the Society of Skeletal Radiology Annual Meeting

Name of Award: “AIRP Award” Best Scientific Poster
Suggested by ad-hoc poster judging committee; confirmed by Executive Committee. The winner is notified at SSR annual meeting on Tuesday (timing will be decided by course director).
Award specifics:
- Free registration to any CATEGORICAL course offered by the AIRP
- Travel, lodging reimbursed by SSR up to $1500 (awardee submits receipts)
- SSR will produce a plaque for the winner (mailed to winner after meeting)
Terms of award:
- Transferable to any author on poster
- Valid until: end of calendar year for the year following date of the award (i.e., if awarded at the March meeting, award will be valid until Dec of the following year)
Sponsorship:
Award (value: $1200) is counted as in-kind support of SSR by the AIRP. This level of support includes:
- Invitation to the meeting; designated representatives can participate in social activities associated with annual meeting (designee(s) pays the member rate for social events)
- Table for material in the vendor area at the annual meeting
- Recognition in the program book, placards and associated materials if applicable
