SSR 2020 Seed Grant Awardee
Congratulations to the SSR 2020 Seed Grant Awardees, Angela Atinga (Principal Investigator), Larry White, Masoom Haider and Ali Naraghi of University of Toronto with their proposal Predicting response of osteosarcoma to chemotherapy based on imaging (radiomic) features.
This annual grant is intended to stimulate research on certain topics in Musculoskeletal Radiology considered by the SSR Research and Executive Committees to be important, yet under-represented, in the literature. The award provides a grant of up to $4,000.00 to the Principal Investigator for the project.
Again this year, we are pleased that there were a large number of top-quality submissions considered by the Committee. We look forward to learning more about this important project during their presentation at the 2021 SSR Meeting in Savannah, GA.
