Full-Time Musculoskeletal Radiologist

The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a candidate for a full-time radiologist in musculoskeletal imaging on the clinical practice or clinician educator track. Applicants must have successfully completed radiology residency training and fellowship training in this field with proven expertise and capabilities.  Responsibilities will include active participation in our busy clinical section, teaching of residents and fellows, and participation in multidisciplinary conferences.  Through a fully integrated PACS platform, the MSK section provides services to the main University Hospital, multiple busy outpatient imaging centers, offsite orthopedic surgery practices, and numerous community medical practices. Both a Level 1 trauma center and tertiary referral center for all orthopedic subspecialties, rheumatology, infectious disease, and pediatrics, Vanderbilt provides exceptional exposure to all aspects of clinical musculoskeletal and emergency radiology. Daily clinical work includes not only interpretation of diagnostic studies, but also a significant volume of image guided intervention.  

Applicants must have an M.D., or equivalent degree, and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education.  In addition, applicants must be ABR eligible/certified and must have, or be eligible for, a Tennessee medical license.  Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience.
